Welcome to Kaizen Financing, the guidelines for using the Kaizen Financing Broker LLC services and website are outlined below.

We presume that by using this website and our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, All agreements, the privacy statement, the disclaimer notice, and these terms and conditions are referred to by the following terminologies, The words “Client,” “You,” and ““Your” refer to the individual who is using this website and our services are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out by the company.

We do not provide financial, investment or other advice in relation to the Product or Services compared and nor provide a recommendation or endorsement of Service Providers.

Kaizen Financing Broker LLC platform allows the Property Buyers to apply for mortgage pre-approval, upload/share the required documents for this transaction and obtain a digital format of the mortgage pre-approvals from various banks in UAE.

By providing you with a quote we are not making an offer on behalf of the Service Provider / Banks to contract with you on those terms. Instead, by submitting your details, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product from the Service Provider on the terms set out. The contract will be concluded once your offer has been accepted. 

Kaizen Financing Broker LLC processes your application to the banks and the final approvals are based on sole discretions of Banks.

You should always check the suitability, adequacy and appropriateness of the Product that is of interest to you. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you wish to obtain any Product before applying for it. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability, adequacy or appropriateness of any Product referred to on the Platform, we suggest that you seek independent professional advice before you obtain it.

The Platform provide information on a wide range of Products and Services but there may be other products or services available on the market which are not shown on the Platform, and which may be more appropriate or suitable for you than those shown on the Platform.

PAYMENT

Kaizen Financing Broker LLC will be charging a processing fee for helping clients to get their finances approved from respective banks. 

DATA SHARING:

Our Platform servers and systems are secured and encrypted, and we ensure all data provided remain secure and private. You understand and acknowledge that_

  • we may share your Data with the Service Providers or the bank to enables us and the Service Providers or the bank to provide the Services.

  • We require the Service Providers or bank to handle the Data confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties, save as required and to the extent necessary for the purposes of the Services. However, we are not responsible and shall not be held liable in the event any Data is disclosed by the Service Providers or bank to any third-party.
We may share your Data with other organizations in the following circumstances:

  • If we need to share the Data to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (this includes providing personal information to others for the purposes of preventing fraud and reducing credit risk)
